Dr Renita D’Souza, principal dentist is a dedicated and compassionate dentist with over 15 years of experience in clinical practice.

As an experienced General Dental Practitioner, Renita has a strong passion for all aspects of general dentistry, with particular interest in cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics. She take a pride in helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles while ensuring they feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their dental journey.

Renita’s approach is patient centred, focusing on clear communication, gentle care, and tailored treatment plans to suit individual needs.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, cooking, and travelling.

Madeline qualified at the University of Liverpool and has been an associate dentist at the practice for over 15 years. She has a postgraduate qualification from the University of Bristol in General Dental Studies studying oral disease, endodontics (root canal therapy) and tooth wear.

Shrine has been registered with the GDC since 2006. She is a calm and compassionate clinician who is dedicated to ensuring patients feel comfortable and supported, particularly those who experience anxiety or nervousness about dental treatment.

She practices all aspects of general dentistry and has a particular interest in clear aligner therapy.
Shrine joined New Road in January 2025 and has since become a integral member of the team.

Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.

When it comes to Dental Implants and Oral Surgery, Dr Rosh is at the forefront of the field. It is an honour to have him working at the practice. Having worked, mentored, and presented at international conferences and seminars in the field for over 28 years and placed over 5000 implants, Rosh uses his vast experience in providing you with the best treatment for you in a relaxed environment.

Rosh has many qualifications under his belt, he completed his Masters’s in Oral Surgery from 1997-2000. He then worked as a Maxillofacial surgeon in India for 4 years before moving to Dubai to work there for 2 years. Rosh then moved to the UK and worked all around the country in various NHS hospitals for five years as a Senior House Officer and Staff grade. Rosh has completed MFDS and training for PG Diploma in Implants from the Royal College of Surgeons, London. He later finished his Diploma in Implants from CADI, Cambridge. He has a keen interest in complex All-on-4, All-on-6 and full-mouth rehabilitation cases.

Rosh is trained with SAAD London to provide intra venous sedation, for those patients that are really nervous or just those who want a more comfortable experience. Rosh performs tooth extractions on wisdom teeth, difficult teeth and patients with complex medical histories.

Rosh currently runs his own Implant course in London training young and senior dentists in how to place implants. In his spare time, Rosh loves cycling and travelling all around the world. He plays cricket with his team of dentists friends which he founded 5 years ago. They travel around the world and play cricket.

Dr Faiza Ansari is a Facial Aesthetics Practitioner with over 6 years of clinical experience in the UK. She holds a Level 7 Diploma in Clinical Aesthetic Injectable Treatments from Harley Academy and is known for her safe, precise, and evidence-based approach.

Her work focuses on natural, refined results through full-face harmonisation and preventative ageing, with a strong emphasis on subtle enhancement and not over-treating.

Dr Ansari offers advanced treatments including botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, skin boosters, polynucleotides, and Obagi medical-grade skincare, alongside tailored Obagi facials.

Outside of clinic, she enjoys spending time with her daughters and travelling

Jasbir has been with our practice for over 30 years. After initially training and qualifying as a dental nurse, she went on to work as our receptionist and complaints manager. With her extensive experience and in depth knowledge of the practice, Jasbir plays a key role in ensuring patients feel welcomed, supported, and well looked after and is a valued member of staff. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and cherishes time with her grandchildren.

Faye is a qualified dental nurse who has been a valued member of our team for over 13 years. She completed her training with us and has remained a dedicated part of the practice ever since.
In her free time, Faye enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and travelling.

Pushpa began her dental nursing journey with us, completing her training and achieving her qualifications on-site. She is now a fully qualified dental nurse and proudly registered with the General Dental Council (GDC). Outside of work, Pushpa enjoys going for walks and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Tika joined our team in August 2025 and is a qualified dental nurse. She has quickly become an incredible and valued member of the team. Tika is dedicated, hardworking, and brings a positive attitude to the workplace. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Rokhsar joined our team in March 2025 as a trainee dental nurse. She is currently working towards her qualifications and gaining hands on experience and is part of our supportive team.
In her free time, Rokhsar enjoys watching movies and spending time with her family and friends.
